All components are warranted to be free of defects by Optibike LLC for one year from date of original delivery. Optibike LLC reserves the right to repair or replace defective components, at our discretion, with components of similar quality. Warranty Terms and Conditions apply.
The Motorized Bottom Bracket (MBB), and all electronic controllers are subject to a one year parts and labor guarantee. Optibike reserves the right to repair or replace defective parts. Warranty Terms and Conditions apply.
The Lithium-Ion battery system is warranted for 3 years/30,000 miles, whichever comes first, to operate at 80% capacity. Optibike LLC reserves the right to repair or replace defective batteries at a prorated price.
We tune derailleurs and brakes at the factory before packing, however cables do stretch during break-in and can even begin to stretch in the box. Derailleur and brake settings as well as headset tension settings cannot be guaranteed. While we will be happy to supply tuning instructions, we do not guarantee state-of-tune and we do not cover labor costs for any tuning procedures.

bought directly from an Optibike Authorized Dealer. If,

All new Optibike frames are warranted by Optibike, LLC. to be free from manufacturers defects for the life of the original owner. Said warrant is not transferable. This warranty does not cover damage from abuse, misuse, neglect, improper assembly or from the addition of parts and components not originally installed at the factory. Furthermore, any alterations to the original design shall void warranty coverage. Optibike explicitly exempts from coverage any damage on bicycles used for jumping, stunt riding, observed trials and any similar extreme riding or events. No refunds on custom parts/accessories/paint. Custom parts include anything that is not normally stocked by Optibike.
All product returned must be in original packaging, please keep your box. Failure to do so will effect your refund, and the cost of repackaging for shipping will be paid by customer.
Cost of shipping/shipping insurance is the responsibility of the shipper/customer. In the event of damage in return shipping, it is the responsibility of the customer to file insurance claims. Optibike will deduct damages from your refund.
All returned bikes will be assessed for “normal” wear and tear, a nominal charge applies.
Any damage to returned bikes is the responsibility of the customer and will effect your refund.
All refunds are paid by check and mailed by first class post. Refunds take 4-6 weeks for processing.
